Thank you for choosing me as your Homeopath OR Bach Flower Practitioner or Reiki Master. Before I can take up this responsibility, certain things should be cleared and confirmed. They are listed as below:

1. You understand that I am not a medical doctor and as such do not diagnose disease nor do I prescribe medication;

2. I received my training since 2001 in Homeopathy and Bach Flowers and as a Homeopath I start with a comprehensive case history which may take from anywhere up to two hours;  Bach Flower case history can be 1 hour. 

3. Homeopathic remedies/ Bach Flower Remedies are derived from natural substances which stimulates the individual’s life force, which in turn helps reinstating the balance to health;

4. This process is gentle and generally results in a lasting cure but you understand that there are no guarantees for any cures nor any guarantees for improvements;

5. You understand that the homeopathic process can bring about an initial discomfort, which in homeopathy is known as ‘homeopathic aggravation’. This process has been explained to you in details and you consent your acceptance for same;

6. Your signature indicates that you understand the work we embark together in this process and you are actively and completely assuming responsibility of your total health and well-being;

7. Under the current regulation you consent in me keeping your records and personal details which will be kept confidential.
